Jamie’s real estate career began in the Middle East, and over an 8-year period, launched and delivered development projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Oman and Lebanon and achieving over $500m in gross sales. Jamie completed his Middle East venture by heading up one of the fastest growing real estate agencies in Dubai with an investment arm that oversaw $600m in transactions.
During his tenure in Dubai, Jamie also graduated in Real Estate Development with George Washington University and achieved 3 international rugby caps for Lebanon. Jamie left the UAE to join hands with his brother, Daniel, and to focus on the family property development businesses, specializing in the development of student accommodation and residential projects with over 32,000 sqft in student stock and an asset base of over £7m. Whilst growing the development business Jamie and Daniel used their collective experiences and skill sets to launch NEXA Properties, a unique and Dubai styled estate agency, which is now in its early growth stages.
