Miles Rudland

After studying Real Estate and Property Investment at the University of the West of England, Miles went on to work in the London property sector for over 10 years covering many areas across London and the Southwest.

Alongside his degree, he boasts the title of ‘Top Lettings Negotiator’ in South London for five years at one of London’s largest agencies and ARLA qualification. Miles has managed offices in Putney, Earlsfield, Battersea, and Clapham so is perfectly equipped to work from the NEXA London Kensington HQ providing unbeatable local area knowledge.

Upon joining NEXA, Miles outlined; “Having over a decade of experience in the London property market combined with my passion of all things property related, I completely understand the process of effective communication, honest advise and hard work.

Outside of property-related interests, Miles has celebrated 2021 by becoming a father to his daughter Olivia and welcoming the addition of their Romanian rescue Mike to the family. Family is what he enjoys most in life and his occasional free days he loves all things sports-related including golf, cycling, squash, and skiing.
