The town is packed with numerous historic landmarks, in particular several beautiful churches. Nailsea Methodist Church dates back to 1789, and there is also Nailsea Baptist Church and the St Francis of Assisi Southfield Church in this area. The 15th century Nailsea Court which is located to the south-west of the town is also a Grade 1-listed building. This area is also within easy reach of the National Trust’s Tyntesfield House and Gardens.
Schools
Nailsea has a number of great schools, with Kings Hill Church of England School, Golden Valley and Hannah More Infants serving younger children of infant and primary age. For those of secondary age, Nailsea provides Nailsea School which is a Technology and Media Arts College. The area also has several playgroups for toddlers.
